Let In/Let Go: A Self-Reflection Activity

Have you been feeling a little “stuck” lately? Or just a bit discontent, and unsure what you need or desire?

Below is an easily accessible, self-reflection activity that can be completed quite briefly (or explored over time) to help find movement.

Let In/Let Go Mandalas

What is a mandala?

A mandala is a geometric pattern or design that is often circular and symbolic, and is used in many spiritual traditions. They are often used as a tool for meditation, spiritual guidance, or to establish a sacred space.

First, explore what you need to let go of right now

Some ideas: fear, limiting beliefs, clutter, the need for more, relationships, control, worry over the future, guilt, excuses, grudges, comparison, etc.

Write. Draw. Use a pen. use color. Stay in the lines - or expand beyond. Follow your instincts.

Engage in this activity as often as feels good to check in with yourself & reflect.

second, explore what you need to let in to your life right now

Some ideas: goals, routines, values, gratitude, hobbies, new experiences, quiet, confidence, relationships, outdoors, etc.
